We are many people brought together with a common bond. We are all ages, all races, all income brackets, both male and
female, from every walk of life and every state of this great nation. Some of us come from strong political backgrounds while
some of us have not cared about politics in the past. We have come together not having preconceived standards, on these things,
about each other. Yet, here we are, united and standing strong on core Principles. We all have had many things in common
for years, but never knew it. The one person that drew us together has now left us. But here we are. And since we found each
other, and this great dedication, we realize there must be more like us out there who have not found us, or, who we have not
found. We are, therefore, reaching out to you to see if this bond is in your heart also.
Here is a checklist to see if you, too, share this common bond with us:
We understand the great privilege and blessings of having been born here, or found our way here as legal immigrants. We
also understand that with this blessing comes responsibility to keep this nation strong, safe and free, a beacon of light to
the rest of the world, and to pass it on as such to our children and grandchildren.
When we look at our most common piece of money and see the simple words, “In God We Trust”, we agree wholeheartedly
and unashamedly.
We have a strong proud belief that we live in the greatest country this world has ever known, the United States of America.
We understand our nation has shed more blood for the liberty of others around the world than any other nation, and we are
tired of people feeling the need to apologize for the United States of America.
When we hear the words, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”, we believe
they are as true today as the moment they were penned.
We believe that the words uttered by Sam Adams, “It is no dishonor to be in a minority in the cause of liberty and virtue”, are
as true today as when he uttered them in the beginning days of our nation.
We agree with the words of another forefather, Thomas Jefferson, who said, “A wise and frugal government, which shall
leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor and
bread it has earned – this is the sum of good government”. We know one of the main reasons our government began was
because of unfair taxation. We believe that government should still abide by Jefferson’s words.
We believe that our borders must be secured and our laws obeyed. We welcome those who love America just as much as we
do and come in accordance with our laws. We understand that a nation that does not secure its borders cannot forever remain
a sovereign nation.
We believe the Constitution, and Amendments, are the backbone of our country and should be taken literally.
We are honorable and have a strong belief that our individual freedom means that we should work for what we eat; not
expect something for nothing. We know our freedom allows us to dream and achieve our dreams with our own diligent effort.
We are compassionate for those in hard times and will help them through it without encouraging them to be complacent and
linger there.
We found each other in 2007 while listening as someone said:
“The declaration of Independence reminds us that our rights don’t come from government; they come from God.”
“The constitution of the United States which points out to us the need to separate power, not too much power in too few hands,
separate the power, not only at the federal level, but between federal and state level, that’s called Federalism. It’s meant to
insure liberty and freedom for our people.”
“Not every solution to every problem is found in Washington, DC. It is based on the absolute necessity at all costs to insure
freedom, to insure individual liberty, political freedom, and economic freedom, and that these things are inter-related in each
other and that you can pick and choose one from another. It is based on the notion that a government strong enough to do
everything for you is strong enough to take anything away from you.”
And finally “The next president will have to make decisions about things which will determine the future of this country for years
to come. He should believe in the importance of the sanctity of life, a strong defense of the second amendment and the
Importance of lower taxes. Not just because it is the right thing to do, but it helps our economy and fosters growth.” These are
only a taste of his wisdom.
Over recent years, however, this nation has not
uttered these words as a whole together as in the
past. Enemies from without and within have tried
to drag down this great nation and have succeeded
to dishearten us. They have chipped away at the
freedoms guaranteed us in our Constitution one
by one. But in 2007 and 2008, we were awakened

back to our great nation’s roots. The man who

achieve our dreams and his for this great nation.
